This product has been amazing for me. I am not someone who drinks caffeine at all so I was a little concerned initially however I find that taking this pre workout has been great for me. I am more focused and have much more energy at the gym which I was previously lacking. I find that it carries through the day however I don’t have the jitters that I get from coffee. I’d definitely recommend to anyone that needs that little extra boost.
