Please contact info@fwdformnutrition.com within 14 days from the date of purchase. Kindy note that we only offer refunds on faulty or damaged goods. Replacements and credit notes (valid for 36 months) are available on all items if they meet the below:
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, be unworn, unused and unwashed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please request a tracking code as proof of shipment. FWD FRM will not be held responsible for parcels lost in transit or damaged.
FWD FRM will not accept returns if the products were purchased as part of a promotion, the product has been opened, you have changed your mind, your taste preferences or if you have made a mistake in your order.
If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please send photo evidence and FWD FRM will replace or reimburse you.
