Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Items

You are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair if your item is faulty, unsafe or significantly different from its description. If this applies, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@fwdformnutrition.com. Return shipping will be covered by FWD FRM in these cases.

 

30 Day Money Back Promise (Flavoured Supplements Only)

For flavoured supplements, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Promise if you are not satisfied. This promise applies only to first-time purchases, one flavour per product, one unit per customer and is offered in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

 

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect flavour or size selection, no longer wanting the item or ordering errors

At our discretion, we may offer a store credit provided the item:

• Is unused and unopened (supplements)

• Is unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging (apparel)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion are not eligible for refunds or store credit.

 

Shipping & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please retain tracking, as FWD FRM is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
