Shipping policy

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days, unless Priority Express Shipping has been selected at the checkout. All Australian orders $130 and over will have free shipping automatically applied. For orders under $130 there is a flat rate Standard Shipping fee of $10 on all orders and $15 on Express Shipping.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days, unless Priority Express Shipping has been selected at the checkout. There is a flat rate standard shipping fee of $30 on all international orders.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of Australia Post.

FWD FRM will not be liable for orders marked as delivered and left unattended, or lost in transit. Please contact Australia Post for any questions relating to your delivery. 

We recommend choosing a delivery address where you feel it will be safe to leave your order if you will not be there. Please also ensure the name and address details are correct.

If orders are returned to FWD FRM due to incorrect details, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
