Returned product(s) must be more than 75% full. The refund or credit amount will equal the original purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please request a tracking code as proof of shipment. FWD FRM will not be held responsible for parcels lost in transit or damaged.
