No forms, no interrogation. Most people take the credit and go again on a different flavour, which is exactly what we'd hope — but the refund is genuinely there if you'd rather have your money back.

WHAT'S COVERED

The 30 Day Money Back Promise applies to our flavoured supplements only — Lean Vegan Protein, Natural Pre-Workout, Daily Super Greens, SALTED Hydration and the Rest & Recover Ritual.

It doesn't cover clothing or accessories. Those have their own 14-day change-of-mind window for a store credit — see our refund policy for the detail.

THE TERMS

• Contact us within 30 days of your original purchase date.
• First-time purchases only — one flavour per product, one unit per customer.
• Returned product must be at least 75% full.
• The refund or credit is calculated on the original purchase price, excluding shipping.
• Return postage is at your cost. Please use a tracked service and keep the tracking — we can't be responsible for parcels lost or damaged on the way back.
• Available to Australian residents.
• Sale and promotional purchases aren't eligible.
• Where we suspect the offer is being misused, we reserve the right to exclude a customer from it.

This promise sits on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. It doesn't replace them. If something arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, that's a different thing entirely — email us within 14 days and we'll repair, replace or refund it, and we'll cover the return shipping.
