How To Use

Add one scoop (10g) to 350ml of cold water and stir or shake well. Best taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for maximum absorption. Can also be mixed into a smoothie or with your protein shake.

KEY INGREDIENTS:

DigeZyme® Digestive Enzyme Blend (25 mg) — a clinically studied five-enzyme complex: amylase, cellulase, lipase, lactase and protease. Bloating usually starts with food you have not fully broken down, which is what these are for. It is also the ingredient most greens powders leave out, and the reason this one changes how you feel rather than just what is on the label.

LactoSpore® Probiotics (2.5 billion CFU) — a clinically validated strain that improves gut microflora, digestive health and nutrient absorption. The part that matters: unlike most probiotics, LactoSpore survives stomach acid and reaches your gut intact. A probiotic that does not get there is just an ingredient on a label.

Vegetable and Herb Blend (4.675 g) — organic spirulina and chlorella, kale, spinach, broccoli sprout, beetroot, turmeric, ginger and more. This is the part that covers the Tuesday where lunch was a coffee. Not a replacement for eating your vegetables — the floor underneath the days you do not get there.

Super Fruit Juice Blend (2.545 g) — acai, goji, pomegranate, elderberry, blackcurrant and seven more whole fruits. Twelve fruit sources is also why Natural tastes like something you would drink rather than something you would endure: the sweetness is fruit, not sugar.

What does it actually taste like?

The Chocolate is rich and smooth — nothing like a typical greens powder. If you like our Deluxe Chocolate protein, you'll like this. The Natural has a subtle fruity sweetness from the super fruit blend, so it's easy to drink on its own. Most people who've tried greens before and hated them are surprised by both.

When's the best time to take it?

First thing, on an empty stomach. One scoop (10 g) into 250 ml of cold water, stir or shake, done in under two minutes.

Can I mix it with my protein?

Yes. The Chocolate greens goes particularly well with Deluxe Chocolate or Vanilla Bean protein if you'd rather have one glass than two.

Will it help with bloating?

The DigeZyme® enzyme complex is there specifically to help you break down food and absorb nutrients, which is often where bloating starts. It's not instant — give it a consistent couple of weeks.

How is this different from a regular greens powder?

Most greens powders are vegetable powder with a label. This one adds a clinically validated probiotic at 2.5 billion CFU, a five-enzyme digestive complex and Cell Charge™ fulvic minerals — ingredients that help your body use what's in the scoop, not just receive it.

Can I take it if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

A full spectrum of vegetables, herbs and fruits is exactly what's hardest to get in when you're pregnant or feeding a baby, and plenty of our customers use it through both. What's the difference between Natural and Chocolate?

Same greens, same probiotics, same enzymes. Natural is sweetened by the fruit blend and a non-dairy creamer. Chocolate swaps those for cocoa powder, natural flavours and a pinch of pink Himalayan salt. The nutrition panel differs slightly between them — both are in the drawer under Ingredients & Nutrition.

How long until I notice something?

Honestly, it's cumulative. Digestion tends to be the first thing people mention, usually within a couple of weeks. Give it a consistent month before you judge it.
