I am completely obsessed with this hydration. I have tried lots and nothing tastes good or mixes as well as this one. I put into 1 litre of water and have been drinking so much more. Energy and mental clarity has improved. Bonus points it doesn't clump either!!

I’ve tried many hydration drinks over the years, but once I actually started to understand what’s beneficial in a hydration drink it became harder to find one that was natural, beneficial and without artificial sweeteners or sugars. Along came FWD FRM hydration - finally a hydration product that actually provides the essentials a hydration drink should be providing.
