Hey there! I’m Elle, co-founder of FWD FRM, and I’m excited to share my journey with you. I lost 17 kilograms and changed my life, and I hope my story inspires you to take the first step toward your own transformation.

My Starting Point

Ten years ago, I was overweight and pretty unhappy. The extra weight wasn’t just physical; it was affecting my mental health too. I was struggling with depression and anxiety, feeling stuck and unsure of what to do. I knew something had to change.

Finding My Miracle

I turned to exercise, and it became my miracle drug. It helped me manage my depression and anxiety and gave me a new lease on life. Losing 17kgs was just the beginning. I went on to compete in fitness modeling, worked with amazing coaches, and learned so much about training, nutrition, supplements, and mindset.

Starting the Day Right

One of the first changes I made was swapping my morning coffee for a greens powder. Back then, finding a tasty greens powder was nearly impossible, so I would take a quick shot and chase it with a glass of water. This simple switch boosted my energy levels and set a positive tone for the day. This experience is one of the reasons I'm so passionate about creating a delicious greens powder! Building a Routine

Establishing a solid routine was essential. I prioritised my workouts daily, no matter how busy life got. Consistency was crucial. Embracing Fitness and Motherhood

During this journey, I discovered my love for fitness and became a personal trainer. I even went on to study a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine. My partner and I now own a strength and conditioning gym, where we help others achieve their fitness goals.

Having kids at first scared me because I thought all my hard work would come undone. But I trained safely up until 38 weeks with both pregnancies and worked with a women’s health physio to return to training safely. Now, I feel better than ever.

Transforming My Life

Learning the tools to change my life has completely transformed it. If you had asked me 10 years ago what my life would look like, I wouldn’t have imagined this! I’m on a mission to support you in your health and fitness goals, help you feel your best, and show you that becoming a mother doesn’t ruin your body.
