How To Use

Mix one serve of Natural Pre Workout with 300ml of cold water and drink 20-30 minutes before training.

Add one scoop of Pure Creatine (3g) to any drink — water, protein shake, greens or coffee. Take daily at any time. Consistency matters more than timing with creatine — the benefits build up in your muscle stores over time.

Can I pick my own flavours?

Yes, on every product in every stack. Nothing is fixed — choose the flavour of each item and they ship together.

Is a stack actually cheaper than buying separately?

Yes, and we print the exact figure on every stack page rather than saying "save big". Depending on the stack it's between $10 and $25 against individual prices.

Can I swap one product for another?

Not inside a stack, but there's usually another stack with the combination you want. If not, buying two products separately costs a little more and gets you exactly what you need, which is sometimes the better answer.

How long will a stack last?

Never thought I’d enjoy pre work out until now
I really love the taste of this pre workout and I can feel the difference when I’m working out. It’s a bit early to comment on the creatine but love that it has no taste and I can add it other drinks if I’m not having my pre workout.
