Description
It's 9pm. You're wired but exhausted.
Body tired, mind still going, phone in your hand when you should be winding down. Tomorrow you wake up flat and do the whole thing again.
Rest & Recover Ritual is the part of the day nobody formulates for. 600 mg of clinically studied ashwagandha reduces cortisol — the stress hormone keeping you wired. Chamomile and ziziphus jujuba calm the mind. L-Tryptophan supports your body's own melatonin. Magnesium lets your muscles go. L-Glycine works on recovery while you sleep.
No melatonin, and nothing designed to knock you out. It works with your own sleep systems rather than overriding them, so there's nothing to sleep off in the morning.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST CUP
Rest and Recover Ritual FAQs.
From how it tastes to how it works, here's everything you'll want to know.
Will this actually help me sleep?
It's built to. 600 mg of clinically studied ashwagandha reduces cortisol, the stress hormone that keeps you wired when you want to be winding down. Chamomile and ziziphus jujuba calm the mind, L-Tryptophan is what your body makes melatonin from, and magnesium helps your muscles let go. It isn't a sedative — it's a nightly habit that compounds. Give it a couple of weeks.
Is it actually chocolatey, or does it taste like a supplement?
It genuinely tastes like hot chocolate — rich, smooth, lightly sweet. No powdery aftertaste, no medicinal edge. That was the whole brief: if it doesn't taste good you won't drink it at 9pm, and then none of the rest matters.
When should I take it?
Thirty to sixty minutes before bed. Phone down, hot chocolate in hand. The ritual does as much work as the formula.
Can I make it with milk instead of water?
Yes — dairy or plant milk both work and make it richer. Warm it first, then blend. A hand mixer gets it properly smooth, especially with milk.
Will it make me groggy in the morning?
It shouldn't. There's no melatonin and no sedative in it, so there's nothing to sleep off. It supports your own systems rather than overriding them.
Does it contain caffeine?
A trace, from the cocoa — much less than a cup of tea, and nowhere near enough to keep you up. Worth knowing it isn't quite zero if you're very caffeine-sensitive.
Can I take it alongside my other FWD FRM products?
Yes. It's the evening bookend to the rest of the range — Greens in the morning, protein through the day, this one at night. Nothing in it clashes.
Can I take it if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
Sleep is the thing everyone wants more of through pregnancy and the newborn months, so we understand the question. This one is built around ashwagandha, which is worth asking about specifically — so have the conversation with your OBGYN, midwife or naturopath before you start, and they'll tell you whether it's right for you. If it isn't, our SALTED Hydration and Daily Super Greens are the two most people reach for in those months instead.
