HYDRATION, PROPERLY
Make your water work harder.
Thirst is a late signal. Most people are already behind by the time they notice, and plain water on its own doesn't put back what sweating takes out.
BEFORE YOUR FIRST SACHET
SALTED Hydration FAQs.
From how salty it tastes to how much water to use, here's everything you'll want to know.
How is this different from a sports drink?
Most sports drinks are sugar water with electrolytes added as an afterthought. SALTED is the other way around: four minerals at doses printed on the label, real coconut water powder, and no added sugar at all. You're buying the hydration, not the sugar.
When should I drink it?
Before, during or after training, or any time you need to rehydrate properly. It's especially good for hot yoga, Pilates, long walks and warm days — anywhere you're sweating more than you realise.
Does it contain caffeine?
None. SALTED is completely stimulant-free, so it works just as well last thing at night as it does first thing in the morning.
How much water should I mix it with?
One 5 g sachet into 500 ml of cold water. You can stretch it further into a big bottle and sip through the day — it just tastes milder.
Why does it taste a bit salty?
Because it is. 510 mg of sodium per serve is the point — sodium is the electrolyte you lose most of through sweat, and it's the one sugary sports drinks tend to under-deliver. The salty finish means the formula is doing its job rather than hiding behind sweetness.
What's the difference between the two flavours?
Same formula, same minerals, same doses. Mixed Berry Glow is sweeter and rounder, good for sipping through a long session. Zesty Lemon Lime is crisper and sharper, better first thing or straight after something hard.
Can I have more than one a day?
On a hot day or a long session, plenty of people do. It's worth keeping an eye on your total sodium across the day if you've been told to watch it — otherwise one to two serves is a normal range.
Can I take it if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
Staying hydrated matters more than ever through pregnancy and postpartum, and SALTED is a clean way to support your electrolyte intake — no added sugar, no artificial additives, nothing your body doesn't need. If you're unsure, or you're managing anything specific, check with your health practitioner first.
