This is the best hydration option around. I’ve be drinking this before and during my long runs and no longer suffer the calf cramps that used to hit me. Love the flavour which doesn’t repeat on me like some other brands … 10/10 💙

The hydralytes are soo Yumm and actual lifesaver throughout my pregnancy. I tried a few other brands nothing close compares to these. Both berry and lemon and lime are delicious I’ll be hooked on these for life for sure. Can’t wait to try your other products

I would recommend having it in larger water bottles, I was having it in small glasses which was a bit strong but in more water it’s actually delicious! Even in sparkling water as an alternative flavoured drink if you don’t like soft drink like me! It’s a yummy treat as well as hydrating!
