Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $120. Under that it's $10 standard or $15 express. Orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days. International is a flat $30.
Returns & exchanges
Changed your mind? Clothing and accessories can come back for a store credit within 14 days of purchase, as long as they're unworn, unwashed and still have their tags. Store credit rather than a refund, and sale or promotional items aren't eligible. Our 30 Day Money Back Promise covers flavoured supplements only. Return postage is at your cost.
Something wrong with it? That's different. Email info@fwdfrm.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund — we cover return shipping on anything faulty, damaged or incorrect, sale items included. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law aren't affected. Read the full policy.

We'd rather make a small range properly than a big range quickly — heavier cotton, better trims, and fits that still look right after fifty washes. Designed in Australia by two people who wear it every day.
